Pink Shirt Day is on February 26

On Pink Shirt Day, students and staff across Aspen View take a demonstrative stand against bullying by joining other across Alberta and Canada in wearing pink.

Just as important as Pink Shirt Day is the work that takes place throughout the school year to help ensure our schools are inclusive, welcoming and supportive. Wellness is one of Aspen View Public Schools’ key priorities, and educators throughout the division put emphasis on the importance of building healthy relationships, which is one of the best ways to create safe learning environments and prevent bullying.
