The Board believes that it is important to provide an opportunity for members of the community to make requests, provide ideas, express interests and/or express concerns related to the operation of the Division. The Board will receive representations and delegations on any subject pertinent to Board business provided the item has been placed on the agenda. All delegations wishing to appear before the Board shall give six days notice thereof in writing to the Board Chair or Superintendent before the meeting at which they wish to appear.
