Aspen View data not affected by PowerSchool security breach

On December 28, 2024, PowerSchool advised its student information system (SIS) clients of a cybersecurity incident involving unauthorized access to personal information of students and staff at some school divisions.

However, both PowerSchool and Aspen View Public Schools’ internal analysis have determined that AVPS student and staff data was not compromised and remains secure.
