Welcome to Aspen View Public Schools Online Registration Form

Who should complete this form?

This form should be completed by a parent or guardian of a child:

  • Starting school for the first time (for example, a Kindergarten student); or
  • Attending an Aspen View school for the first time (for example, transferring from another school division); or
  • Returning to an Aspen View school after registering with another school division or education provider (for example, returning from enrollment from a home education provider).

If a child is currently registered with an Aspen View school, you do not need to complete this form; the child’s registration information will be confirmed by the school.

If you need to update or change a child’s registration information, please contact the child’s school.

If you prefer a hard copy registration form, it can be accessed here and submitted to your child’s school office for processing.

What do I need to complete this form?

Your registration process will be fast and efficient if you already have the necessary documents scanned or photographed.

  • Proof of student’s age and citizenship; acceptable documentation can include
    • Student Birth Certificate (preferred)
    • Passport (Canadian)
    • Immigration Papers (including refugee)
    • Treaty Card (number)
    • Permanent Resident Card
    • Adoption Papers
    • Temporary Resident Papers
    • Legal Guardianship (Court Order)
    • Parent’s Work or Student Permit
    • Parent’s Citizenship

Please be prepared to answer questions about the following:

  • Residency (street address/legal land location)
  • Parent/Guardian Contact Information (address, phone numbers, email address)
  • Emergency contact information (phone number and consent).
  • Previous School History (school name, city, country)

What if I can’t complete the form at this time?

Once you’ve signed in and completed the ‘Add a Child’ step, you can leave the registration form at any time. When you return, you can resume from  the point where you left it.

What happens when I’m done?

Your completed registration form will be sent to the school for processing. The school will be in touch to confirm your registration or address any questions.

What else do I need to do?

If your child requires busing, please complete and submit the Student Bus Registration Form and the Alternate Bus Registration Form (if applicable).
